To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unopened and unused, with tags and in its original packaging. All returns and refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages & Issues
Upon receiving your order please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item.
The easiest way to ensure you get what you you want is to return the item and once this has been accepted make a new and seperate purchase for the new one.
Once you have notified us of the refund issue and we have inspected and approved your return you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank/credit card company to process and post the refund.
