Every Wednesday morning, there's a growing group of men my husband and I have noticed connecting and exercising at Maroubra Beach. We love seeing them and the they energy they share as the sun rises. 

I didn't know who they were until after I finished this piece and wanted to name it. I googled Wednesdays/maroubra/men.

How amazing to learn they are called 'When No-ones Watching' (@w_n_o_w on instagram) and were started by two friends Tadhg & David. They are the recent recipients of the NSW Mental Health Commissioner's Annual Community Award. 

This piece is for the great men in our lives. A reminder to take the time to talk and look after themselves and each other.
